Punctual. Correctly diagnosed problems. Repaired difficult GE stove top problem that other repar company had caused and never successfully fixed. Also fixed Samsung refrigerator which required multiple visits because a series of parts had to be ordered. Thank you Adem and Blake.

Frank replaced the fan in my microwave. No easy job. It was over my gas range and cabinetry had to be removed. He did a great job and he is honest and extremely capable.

Don't use this company it will rip you off and the services is worse than what you can imagine. After repeated calls for a technician to come take a look at my refrigerator as scheduled earlier, he came 90 minutes late. My refrigerator is 5 years old and it stopped cooling as my grandson played with the code. the technician came and checked the refrigerator in less than 5 minutes then informed me that it needs compressor which costs $950 plus labor. I informed him that it can't be the compressor as it is considered new. He insisted that it is the compressor and asked me for his fees. I told him I would pay for his analysis and I paid but told him that I would be getting a Samsung technician to check it out and if he says something different than the whole compressor, then I would need my money back. He said he would pay my money back (the $89.34 as analysis fees which I paid him on the spot.)if it works without changing the whole compressor. 4 days later and without anyone looking at the refrigerator, it started again nicely and the code set is ok. I called House Appliance Repairs and informed them of what happened and asked them to pay me my money back for irresponsible and unprofessional way of doing business. The guy denied that he said he would pay my money back if the refrigerator started without getting a new compressor and stated further that the refrigerator will stop again in few days. He ended the call by saying "forget it" and hang up on me. I called several times without any answer.

Frank's been here twice, first time he repaired a particular microwave that is no longer made but we wanted it cuz it fit in a certain space and the last time he was here he did a repair on a Sub-Zero side by side refrigerator. these guys are a small local business worth supporting they really are into what they're into and there's no bureaucracy to deal with or appliances or appliance retail store pushing them to push new products when a repair can be done. I highly recommend this company.
